Refund policy

We offer FREE returns!

If you are unhappy with your item because it doesn't fit:

  • Firstly - Don't worry. It happens to us all!
  • Secondly - consider if you'd like to "swap" the outfit for another one of your choice and equal value.
  • Thirdly - email us as hello@restitched.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation.

Usually (almost always), we will send you a return sticker for the postage and once the item is received, offer you a complete refund. We will also offer you a 

However, we do reserve the right to deny a refund (if we think something suspicious is going on) just to protect ourselves and our stock.

If you are unhappy with your item because it is not in the expected condition:

  • Firstly - We will offer you many apologies for how annoying that is (urgh! we've been there). 
  • Secondly - consider if you'd like to "swap" the outfit for another one of your choice and equal(ish) value.
  • Thirdly - email us as hello@restitched.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation. 

Please note: Our "Free Returns" apply only to domestic orders. Unfortunately the shipping costs are too high to cover international returns (sorry guys) so the shipping for any international returns will need to be covered by the customer. 

Please note the following boring legal stuff:

We have a 7 day return policy, so the garment must be received at our head office within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for a refund however, a credit will be applied. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
